WEBSITE USER AGREEMENT AND DISCLAIMERS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website. By accessing or using the Micro-Roni website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of the terms or conditions, please discontinue the use of the Micro-Roni website. If you transmit or provide data to us, other than credit card information is non-confidential. We do not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from your through our website. If you transmit to or post on our website any material, data, information or idea by any means, it will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be disseminated or used for any purpose. You are not to authorized to post on or transmit to or from our website any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other content that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.

Miscellaneous

Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this agreement. We may assign our rights and duties under this agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

All products are made & designed to the original weapon`s model, type & manufacture (unless it tells differently).
The Micro-Roni website cannot guaranty if its products are not fitting replicas.
For all products, the default color is black. All photos are for illustration only.
All Photos, graphics, movies & information are copyright protected.
It is not allowed to be use by anyone for any purpose, unless a specific written approval from us.
The Micro-Roni website keeps itself the right to change the products feathers from time to time, with no advanced notification.

Import issues & licenses are at the customer`s responsibility.

The Micro-Roni website won`t carry any cost of import matters & wont refund the customer regarding any import issues.
The warranty refers only to the product`s & manufacturing damages & fails.
In case of Credit Card refund, The Micro-Roni website charges a cancelation fee of 2% of the total deal.
The Micro-Roni website keeps itself the right not to charge & sale its products for any reason, even if order has been placed.
The shipping fee will be calculated prior to the shipping, according to the weight & destination & will be charged with no advanced notification (minimum of 30€ per shipment).

Shipping & Delivery

We use the Israeli Post Office as our shipping company.
There are 2 shipping options:
Registered Mail: Usually takes between 14-24 business days to arrive, track able in most countries and requires signing to release the package in most countries.
EMS: Usually takes between 3-7 business days to arrive, fully track able and delivered by hand.

All bank exchange & other fees are under the customer & will not be covered by The Micro-Roni website.
Prices are excluding TAX, VAT and all other local charges.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at www.micro-roni.com.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we`re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return the product from the date you received it.
Proof of purchase will be required for any return or exchange.
The product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We DO NOT accept damaged/used products.
Returns could be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A return authorization must be requested before product can be returned.
The product must be in the original packaging.
Items will be shipped back on customer’s expense.
If an item arrived to customer defected, and/or damaged, a photo is required for us to verify the damage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer`s policies.

WARRANTY
We offer a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defect.
